Arts Abound: Canal Day In Chesapeake City will be held on Saturday June 25 from 10-5. This artisan show requires a completed application with full payment plus all required information (including photos) to be considered.
Eligibility Requirements: The show is open only to craftspeople featuring their own handcrafted art items. CCDCA may elect to require any items which are imported, buy-sell, or kit crafts to be removed from booth. Booths will be inspected during the show.
Applicants must submit a minimum of three photographs of work, and must show full representation of any/all work which will be exhibited. Photos may be submitted via email or post. CCDCA reserves the right to exclude any exhibitor before or after acceptance, or during show, if materials shown differ from photos accepted. There can be no changes in offerings after application has been accepted.
Event rules and regulations and local ordinances will be strictly Enforced. In addition:
· Specific Spaces may be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please see application form for additional information regarding space requests
· All attempts will be made to keep show diverse by having vendors with similar items separated from one another
· Sales may begin at 10 am or when visitors begin. Sales must conclude at 5 pm for safety of visitors during breakdown.
· No materials for setup or display will be provided. Tables, tents, and all other materials are the responsibility of the artist. Electricity will not be provided.
· Arts Abound: Canal Day In Chesapeake City is an outside event and will proceed rain or shine
